How do I schedule an appointment using the plus button on the Trova app?

Scheduling an appointment via the plus button is quick and intuitive, allowing you to efficiently set up appointments with your clients.

  • Locate the Plus Button:

    • You'll find the plus button at the bottom right corner on the month, week, and day views, as well as within the appointments tab.

  • Start Scheduling:

    • Click on the plus button to begin creating a new appointment.

  • Select Appointment Details:

    • Choose an Existing Client: Pick from your list of current clients.

    • Pick a Service: Select the appropriate service for the appointment.

    • Set Date and Time: Choose the desired date and time for the appointment.

  • Edit Before Confirming:

    • You can adjust the client, service, or date and time details before finalizing the appointment.

  • Finalize Appointment:

    • Once you’re satisfied with the details, click on the "Schedule Appointment" button.

    • The appointment will then be added to your calendar, and the booking details will be automatically sent to the client.

Your appointment is now successfully scheduled, and your client has been notified of the upcoming session!
