Scheduling an appointment directly from your calendar on the mobile app is easy. Follow these steps:
Select the Day:
In month or week view, tap on the day you’d like to schedule the appointment.
Choose the Time:
Once in day view, select the specific time for the appointment.
Select Client and Service:
Pick an existing client from your list.
Choose the service for the appointment.
Edit Details Before Confirmation:
You have the option to adjust the client, service, or date and time before finalizing the appointment.
Finalize Appointment:
Tap the "Schedule Appointment" button to confirm.
The appointment is then added to your calendar, and the booking details are sent to the client.
Your appointment is now successfully scheduled, and your client is notified of their upcoming session!
