Cancelling an appointment is simple and allows you to provide a reason for the cancellation.
Access Appointment Details:
Navigate to the appointment details via the day view or appointments view.

Locate the Cancel Option:
Scroll to the "Cancel Appointment" button.

Select a Cancellation Reason:
Choose one of the three predetermined reasons, or select "Other" to enter your own reason.
Note: If you choose "Other," the reason you provide will not be shown to the client.

Confirm Cancellation:
Click the "Cancel Appointment" button to finalize the cancellation.
Once cancelled, the appointment is removed from your schedule and the necessary notifications are sent.
