How do I edit a location for an upcoming appointment on the Trova app?

You can easily update the appointment location directly from the app. Follow these steps:

  • Access Appointment Details:

    • Navigate to the appointment details via the day view or the appointments view.
      ​

  • Locate the Edit Option:

    • Tap the "Edit" button in the top right corner of the screen.
      ​

  • Update the Location:

    • Change the location from Virtual to In-person or vice versa as needed.
      ​

  • Save Changes:

    • Once you update the location, an updated email with the new location details will be sent to the client.

Your appointment location is now updated, and your client has been notified of the change!
