How do I delete/archive a client?

Deleting a client

Archiving a client helps keep your client list organized by removing inactive clients from your active list.


To archive a client:

  • Go to Clients

  • Locate the client you want to archive

  • Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of the client

  • Select Archive


What happens when a client is archived?

  • The client is moved to the Archived list

  • They are no longer searchable in the search bar

  • They cannot be booked or billed while archived

  • Their information remains stored and accessible


How to view archived clients

  • Go to Clients

  • Change the filter to Archived

  • Click on the client’s name to view their profile


Important

  • Clients are not permanently deleted—they are archived

  • Archived clients can be unarchived at any time if needed


Tip

Archive clients you no longer actively work with to keep your client list clean and easy to manage.
