Archiving (or deleting) a client in Trova helps keep your client list organized by removing inactive or unwanted records.
Navigate to the Clients Section:
Go to the clients section in your Trova app.

Find the Client:
Locate the client you wish to delete/archive.

Access the Client Menu:
Click on the menu option (three dots) on the right side of the client's entry.

Select Archive:
Click the "Archive" option to remove the client from your active list.
Once archived, the client will no longer appear in your active list, ensuring your client records remain streamlined and up to date.
