Archiving a client helps keep your client list organized by removing inactive clients from your active list.
To archive a client:
Go to Clients
Locate the client you want to archive
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of the client
Select Archive
What happens when a client is archived?
The client is moved to the Archived list
They are no longer searchable in the search bar
They cannot be booked or billed while archived
Their information remains stored and accessible
How to view archived clients
Go to Clients
Change the filter to Archived
Click on the client’s name to view their profile
Important
Clients are not permanently deleted—they are archived
Archived clients can be unarchived at any time if needed
Tip
Archive clients you no longer actively work with to keep your client list clean and easy to manage.
