What happens after I accept or decline an appointment request as a provider?

Once you take action on a request, hereโ€™s what follows:

  • Accept (โœ…):
    The client receives a booking email containing the date, time, service details, location, and any virtual meeting link.

  • Decline (โŒ):
    The client is sent a decline email with the reason you selected, and the request is removed from your calendar.

    • If you selected "Other" that reason is not sent to the client, just that the appointment was declined.
