What can I do if I created a “Stand-alone” invoice instead of billing via the “Open” tab?

Mark session complete

If you’ve already created a Stand-alone invoice, you can update your appointment list and use the recommended workflow going forward.


Update the appointment

  • Go to Appointments → Open

  • Locate the session

  • Click View Details

  • Click Mark Session Missed


What happens next

  • The appointment moves to the Missed tab

  • It is removed from your Open list

  • No notification is sent to the client

  • Automatically pulls in date, time, service, and line items

  • Reduces manual entry

  • Keeps your Calendar, Appointments, and Billing in sync
