To connect Microsoft Teams for your virtual appointments:
Navigate to Configuration in your profile settings.
Scroll down to the Microsoft Teams icon and click the Connect button.
Click the Connect to Microsoft Teams button.
You will be redirected to a page to connect your Microsoft account. It’s recommended to use the account you actively sign into so you won’t need to switch users when making video calls.
Allow Trova to access your Microsoft account.
Once connected, you will see a pop-up that says, I am done. Click that button, and you will see that Microsoft Teams is now connected.
Please note: You must have a business account to connect Microsoft Teams. If you don't have a business account, you may want to connect Google Meets as no business account is needed for Google Meets.
