You can quickly update your entire series or just individual sessions:
Modify the whole series:
Tap the recurring appointment on your calendar.
Tap the ✏️ pencil icon next to Repeats to change the frequency or Ends After setting. This updates every event in the series.
Edit a single session or all future sessions:
Tap the appointment and then Edit (top-right corner).
Adjust the location or recurrence settings as needed.
Choose This Appointment Only to change a single session, or This and Following Appointments to apply changes from that point forward.
Tap Save.
Clients will automatically receive any updated booking emails and reminders based on your changes.
