2. Click on your profile picture

Click on your profile picture on the top right-hand corner to access your profile settings.

3. Next click on configuration

Select configuration from the dropdown menu. This will navigate you to the configuration section of profile settings.

4. Locate Google Meet and click connect

5. Click connect to Google Meet

7. Click continue with Google

8. Connect the Google account you want to connect to Google Meet

Select the Google account you want to connect to Google Meet. Many users choose their practice email for this.

It’s important to note that you must be signed into the correct Google account when starting a Google Meet video. If you’re not signed in to the right account, you’ll need to switch it before the call.

  • One tip to know you’re signed in correctly is if you can join the meeting without needing to ask to join. If you have to request to join, you’re signed into the wrong account — because that account isn’t connected to Trova and it thinks you are the client.

9. Click allow, to allow Trova access to your account

Next click allow to authorize Trova to access your Google account. This is necessary for sending virtual links and hosting your virtual meetings through Trova.

10. Go back to the Trova website

Now your Google Meet is successfully integrated. navigate back to the Trova website and close the Google Meet integration tab.

11. Finish set up

Click the I am done button to finish the setup on the Trova platform.
