Please follow the step-by-step guide for registering on the Trova platform. This guide is intended for those registering for the professional subscription.
1. Enter your first name
Enter your first name here. This name is visible on our Trova platform but is not seen by clients.
2. Enter your last name
Next include your last name, as well.
3. Enter your email address
Enter your email address. Here, we suggest using a work email address. This email is not seen by clients but is used by Trova when we need to send you notifications, it is also your username.
4. Create a password
Next, enter your password. The password needs to be at least eight characters long, include a capital letter a number and a special character.
5. Enter your mobile number
Enter your mobile number here. Please note, this number is not seen by clients.
6. Proceed to next screen by clicking register
Lastly, on this page, click the register button to move forward to the next step of registration.
7. Enter the verification code sent via email
Once you click register, a verification code is sent to the email on file that you provided. Open a new tab to open your email and get this verification code. If you do not see it in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. Then copy and paste the verification code and put it into this field.
8. Click submit to move to next screen
Click the submit button to proceed to the next screen.
9. Enter your business name
Enter your business name here. This name may be seen by clients.
10. Select the country your business is registered in
Next, you'll want to select the country that your business is registered in.
11. Enter your business address
Enter your business address here. Please note that this address will be seen by clients for in-person visits. You are able to update this address within the platform.
12. Click the next button to proceed to next step
Click the next button to proceed to the next step. You are able to come back to the step by clicking. The edit button on the left-hand side.
13. Enter your display name
Enter your display name here, this name is seen by clients. It is also included on booking, reminder, and invoice emails from Trova.
14. Select the languages you offer your services in
Select all the languages you offer your services in. You may type in and then select by clicking the box next to each language or scroll and clicking the box next to each language. You may add in as many languages as you offer your services in.
15. Select your profession
Select your profession here, this will be visible to clients.
16. Enter your qualifications and/or title(s)
Enter your qualifications and titles here if you enter more than one separate each one with a comma. Clients will see these qualifications and titles.
17. Select the specialties you offer
Select the specialties that you offer. You are able to type in each specialty and then click the box to the left of it to select, or you can scroll to find the specialty. Then click the box on the left to select the specialty. You may select as many specialties as you offer. These specialties will be seen by clients.
18. Enter your country of residence
Enter your country of residence here. This selection will be seen by clients.
19. Enter your practice information and bio here
Input your practice information and bio. This field is not required in registration, but will be required within the platform before making your profile live. If you would like to take a moment to think this over, go ahead and skip this step. You are also able to input information and edit it within the platform. This information will be seen by clients when your profile is made live.
20. Click the next button to proceed
Click the next button to proceed to the next step. You are able to come back to this step by clicking the edit button on the left-hand side.
21. Add your headshot and logo
To upload a headshot, make sure the image is saved to your computer. This headshot will be visible to clients and used throughout the Trova platform. If you don’t have one available right now, you can skip this step — you’ll be able to upload a headshot later directly in the platform.
You can also upload your logo here. This will appear on your Practice Booking Page and be visible to clients. If you don’t have your logo ready, you can skip this step as well — just like the headshot, you’ll be able to upload it later inside the Trova platform.
22. Click the finish button to complete registration
You to finish registration, click the Finish button. If you would like to edit any information, go ahead and do so by clicking the edit options on the left-hand side. When you're ready to proceed to the Trova platform, click finish.
