This guide will walk you through the initial steps on how to set up your Marketplace profile with Trova.
1. Navigate to Marketplace
Navigate to the Marketplace menu option on the left-hand side.
2. Agree to terms of service
Click the box to agree to terms of service.
3. Click create profile to start
Click create profile to get started. This profile will be visible to clients when it is live and published.
4. Fill in the required fields on the profile manager screen
You'll need to fill in the required fields in the profile manager section.
New required fields include:
Profession, specialties, treatment methods, education, gender, religion, and uploading at least one license, education, or certificate document. Adding insurance information is optional.
Don't forget to toggle on if you're accepting new clients, then click next to continue.
5. Add services to your Marketplace profile
Since you already have services listed on your platform, you'll need to decide which services you want to display on the Marketplace.

You'll see all of your services displayed here. You can toggle on each service you'd like to have on your Marketplace by clicking the toggle bar. When it lights up teal that means the service will be visible on the Marketplace.
7. You can also click view details to add to the Marketplace
You can also click view details to add a service to the Marketplace.
8. Click "Edit service"
Click the edit service option within the services screen.
9. Click display service on and add Marketplace
Click the display service on drop-down.
10. Click "Marketplace"
Click the box to add this service to the Marketplace.
11. Click save changes
Save changes so this update is added to the system.
12. Click the X to close
Click the X to close this screen.
13. Ready to submit your profile?
In order to have your profile live on our Marketplace, you’ll need to submit your profile to our verification team for approval.
If you’ve filled in all the required information and added at least one service to the Marketplace, you can submit it to the team for review.
If you’re not ready to submit yet, just click save changes — when you click save changes, nothing is sent to the team at this time, but all your information will be saved
14. To submit, click send for review
Once you click send for review, our team will review your profile. You'll also receive an email letting you know your site is under review.
15. Waiting for approval
The information in this Marketplace section will be saved. Please note approvals may take a few days. Once we verify that an approved your profile, you'll get an email confirming the approval.
16. Your approved, now what?
From there, you'll see a link showing what your profile looks like. You'll be able to edit and republish anything on your page by clicking edit and making any changes.
17. Click publish to update your profile
When you click publish, it will publish any changes you made to your Marketplace profile.
Made changes but don’t want to publish yet? No problem — just click save changes instead.
18. Click here to see your profile
Click here to view your live profile on the Marketplace.
Congratulations. You've successfully published your profile.
