This guide will walk you through the steps of how to submit your trovo Marketplace profile for review.
1. Navigate to Marketplace
Navigate to the Marketplace menu option on the left-hand side.
2. Agree to terms of service
Click the box to agree to terms of service.
3. Click create profile to start
Click create profile to get started. This profile will be visible to clients when it is live and published.
4. Enter in treatment methods you offer
You will see that all the items you entered in registration have carried over into this profile. There are some additional items that also need to be added. For instance, in this field, you will need to add the treatment methods you offer. You can select all that apply.
5. Next enter your education
Next, you will need to enter your education. This, along with all other fields, will be visible to clients.
6. Select your gender
Next, you will select your gender. This selection will be seen by clients.
7. Select your religion
Select your religion, this selection will be seen by clients.
8. Enter insurances you accept
Enter the insurances you accept here. Make sure to put a comma between each insurance that you accept. This field is not required.
9. Attach your documents here
Upload your license, education, or certification documents here. These documents will be sent to a Trova administrator for verification. These documents are not seen by clients.
10. Toggle on if you are accepting clients
If you are accepting new clients, go ahead and toggle on this button. If you are not accepting clients, keep it toggled off.
11. Click to proceed to services screen
Click next to proceed to the services screen.
12. Let's set up your first service
Let's set up your first service. Go ahead and click the close button to close this window and start setting up your first service to display on the marketplace.
13. Start by clicking add service
To add a service. start by clicking add service. You may also add services within the service section on the left-side menu.
14. Now, let's create a service
Let’s set up a service.
First, enter the service name — this is what clients will see on the Marketplace.
Next, choose whether you want this service listed on the Marketplace.
Then, add a service description — this helps potential clients see if your service fits their needs.
After that, select the client type, choose the location, and set the session duration.
You can also pick a calendar color to help you easily spot this service on your schedule.
If you’d like to limit when clients can book this service, check the box to restrict session times, then set the days and times you’d like it to be available.
Lastly, if you want extra time between sessions, you can add a buffer time so clients can’t request back-to-back sessions.
15. Click the next button to proceed
Click the next button to proceed to the next step.
16. Let's fill in the pricing information
In the Pricing tab, select your Payment Type.
When you select At Session Completion, you’ll bill the client after the appointment has taken place.
If you choose In Advance of Session, an invoice will be sent to the client when the appointment is accepted, and the booking email goes out.
Next, choose your Currency, and then set the price for this service. This price will be shown on the Marketplace.
Click Create Service to add this service to your Marketplace.
17. Click create service, to add this service
Click create service to add the service to your Marketplace. The next invoice table isn't required to create a service, but it can save you time later by autofilling invoice, line items.
18. Click on the invoice tab
Next, click on the Invoice tab. Here, you’ll enter information that will appear on the invoice for this service.
You can add codes or descriptions in the first field, add procedures or service descriptions in the middle field, and enter the price in the last field.
You can add up to six invoice line items.
Click Add Invoice Line Item to add a line or click the trash icon to remove one.
These line items can always be edited or added to later when you’re ready to bill.
Click Save to save these details in the Invoice tab.
19. Click save to save these details
You may notice that the notifications tab next to invoice is grayed out. This is because notification customization isn't available with a Marketplace plus basic plan. If you'd like to customize the emails that go out to clients, you can easily upgrade by clicking the rocket.
20. Click the X to close
Click the X to close the screen. Your service has now been added.
21. Ready to submit your profile?
In order to have your profile live on our Marketplace, you’ll need to submit your profile to our verification team for approval.
If you’ve filled in all the required information and added at least one service to the Marketplace, you can submit it to the team for review.
If you’re not ready to submit yet, just click Save Changes — when you click Save Changes, nothing is sent to the team at this time, but all your information will be saved
22. To submit, click send for review
Once you click send for review, our team will review your profile. You'll also receive an email letting you know your site is under review.
23. Waiting for approval
The information in this Marketplace section will be saved. Please note approvals may take a few days. Once we verify that an approved your profile, you'll get an email confirming the approval.
24. You're approved, now what?
From there, you'll see a link showing what your profile looks like. You'll be able to edit and republish anything on your page by clicking edit and making any changes.
25. Click publish to update your profile
When you click Publish, it will publish any changes you made to your Marketplace profile.
Made changes but don’t want to publish yet? No problem — just click Save Changes instead.
26. Click here to see your profile
Click here to view your live profile on the marketplace.
