You can send client emails to multiple recipients by adding linked contacts and enabling notifications for each one.
Add a linked contact to an existing client
Go to the Client Profile
Click Edit
Scroll to the bottom and select Add linked contact
Enter contact details
Name
Email
Relationship (optional)
Phone and Notes (optional)
Check Receive Email Notifications
Click Add
Save the profile
Click Save Details to confirm
What linked contacts will receive
Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
Invoices and invoice reminders
Tip
You can add multiple linked contacts:
When creating a client in the Clients section
During the Client Appointment flow while scheduling
Or anytime by editing an existing client profile
