How do I add more than one email for client notifications?

Linked contacts

You can send client emails to multiple recipients by adding linked contacts and enabling notifications for each one.


Add a linked contact to an existing client

  • Go to the Client Profile

  • Click Edit

  • Scroll to the bottom and select Add linked contact


Enter contact details

  • Name

  • Email

  • Relationship (optional)

  • Phone and Notes (optional)

  • Check Receive Email Notifications

  • Click Add


Save the profile

  • Click Save Details to confirm


What linked contacts will receive

  • Booking confirmations and appointment reminders

  • Invoices and invoice reminders


Tip

You can add multiple linked contacts:

  • When creating a client in the Clients section

  • During the Client Appointment flow while scheduling

  • Or anytime by editing an existing client profile
