Add linked contacts to a client and mark them to receive notifications. Each linked contact you enable will get the same booking and billing emails as the client.
Add a linked contact:
Go to the Client Profile → click Edit.
Scroll to the bottom and select Add linked contact.
Enter Name, Email, and Relationship (optional: Phone and Notes).
Check Receive email notifications.
Click Add.
Save the profile:
Back on the profile, click Save details to confirm.
What they’ll receive:
Booking emails and appointment reminders
Invoices and invoice reminders
Tip: Repeat these steps to add additional linked contacts as needed. You can return to edit or remove a linked contact at any time.
