How do I add more than one email to receive a client’s emails?

Add linked contacts to a client and mark them to receive notifications. Each linked contact you enable will get the same booking and billing emails as the client.

  • Add a linked contact:

    • Go to the Client Profile → click Edit.

    • Scroll to the bottom and select Add linked contact.

    • Enter Name, Email, and Relationship (optional: Phone and Notes).

    • Check Receive email notifications.

    • Click Add.

  • Save the profile:

    • Back on the profile, click Save details to confirm.

  • What they’ll receive:

    • Booking emails and appointment reminders

    • Invoices and invoice reminders

Tip: Repeat these steps to add additional linked contacts as needed. You can return to edit or remove a linked contact at any time.
