First, make sure you’re on the latest version of the Trova app. Then try the quick checks below.
Update the app
iPhone/iPad (iOS): App Store → your profile → pull to refresh → Update next to Trova.
Android: Google Play Store → your profile → Manage apps & device → Updates available → Update next to Trova.
Turn on automatic updates
iPhone/iPad (iOS): Settings → App Store → toggle App Updates on.
Android: Play Store → profile icon → Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps → choose Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only.
Quick fixes
Force-quit and reopen the app.
Restart your device.
Update your device OS:
iPhone/iPad: Settings → General → Software Update
Android: Settings → System → Software update (names may vary)
Older OS versions may not be compatible with the latest app features.
Check your internet connection and available storage.
Uninstall and reinstall the app (you’ll need to sign in again).
