I’m having trouble with the app—what should I do?

First, make sure you’re on the latest version of the Trova app. Then try the quick checks below.

  • Update the app

    • iPhone/iPad (iOS): App Store → your profile → pull to refresh → Update next to Trova.

    • Android: Google Play Store → your profileManage apps & deviceUpdates availableUpdate next to Trova.

  • Turn on automatic updates

    • iPhone/iPad (iOS): SettingsApp Store → toggle App Updates on.

    • Android: Play Storeprofile iconSettingsNetwork preferencesAuto-update apps → choose Over any network or Over Wi-Fi only.

  • Quick fixes

    • Force-quit and reopen the app.

    • Restart your device.

    • Update your device OS:

      • iPhone/iPad: Settings → General → Software Update

      • Android: Settings → System → Software update (names may vary)

      • Older OS versions may not be compatible with the latest app features.

    • Check your internet connection and available storage.

    • Uninstall and reinstall the app (you’ll need to sign in again).

  • Still having issues?

    • Email support@trova.health with your device model, OS version, app version, and a brief description (screenshots or a short screen recording help a ton).
