Licensed mental health professionals:
If your country requires a professional license, you must hold an active, verifiable license.
If your country does not have a licensing board, submit your education and experience for review; a 1-on-1 interview may be required.
Coaches:
We generally look for coaches certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
If you’re not ICF-certified, submit your education, training, and relevant experience for review; a 1-on-1 interview may be required.
Documentation & review: After you register on Trova, you’ll complete your Marketplace profile and upload the required documentation as part of your submission. All materials are sent together to our approval team for review. Including copies of degrees/certifications and any licensing or credential documents helps speed up the process.
