Why can’t I submit my Marketplace profile for review?

The Submit for Review button only enables when all required fields are complete and you’ve added at least one service. If you click it and nothing happens, you’ll be taken to the Marketplace Manager tab where any missing required fields are highlighted in red.

  • Complete all required fields in the Profile Manager tab:

    • Headshot

    • First and last name

    • Display name

    • Profession

    • City, state/province, and country of business registration

    • Bio

    • Specialties

    • Treatment methods

    • Languages

    • Education

    • Gender

    • Document upload

  • Add services (Services tab):

    • You must have at least one service added for your profile to display on the Marketplace.

  • Optional (not required to submit):

    • Qualifications/Credentials, Religion, Insurance.
