How do I create an invoice template?

Create a reusable invoice layout so billing is fast and consistent. You’ll need at least one saved template to bill correctly.

  • Open the template editor

    • From the Dashboard: click Customize Your Invoice.

    • Or go to Billing → tap the menu (⋯) top-right → Manage Invoice.


  • Choose a starting template

    • You’ll see 8 templates:

      • Top four: insurance-ready (pull insurance-related client details).

      • Bottom four: general use (no insurance fields).

    • Select the one that best fits your needs.

  • Customize the template

    • Name your template. *This is a required field to save your template. You edit or update your template at any time.

    • Upload your logo (it will appear on the invoice).

      • If you leave it blank, it won’t appear on the final invoice.

    • Fill in the blue fields (suggested wording is provided—you can edit it).

      • If you leave a blue field blank, it won’t appear on the final invoice.

    • Use any additional fields to add other information.

    • Most templates include an Instructions/Extra info section (ideal for banking details, refund policy, or client notes).


  • Save & use

    • Click Save. Your template will appear under My Templates in the platform.
