How do I know my Marketplace profile was submitted successfully?

First, click “Send for review” on your Marketplace Profile.

If the submission succeeds, you’ll see:

  • On-screen message:Marketplace profile saved and sent for review.

  • Navigation change: You’ll be taken to the Profile Manager tab and exit edit mode.

  • Email confirmation: You’ll immediately receive an email titled “Your Trova Marketplace Profile Is Under Review.”

If you don’t see these:

  • You may be returned to the Marketplace Manager tab with one or more fields highlighted in red (missing info or over character limits), and you’ll remain in edit mode.

  • Fix the highlighted fields and click Send for review again.
