How do I change my address for In-person appointments?

To update the address that appears on client emails for in-person sessions:

  1. Go to Profile Settings.

  2. Click on the Business Settings tab.

  3. Update your Business Address field with the new location.

  4. Click Save Details to apply your changes.

Your updated address will automatically appear in all future booking and reminder emails for in-person appointments.

If you’ve already created an appointment with your old address:

  • Go to that appointment via the Calendar, Client Profile, or the Appointments → Open tab.

  • Click the Edit option.

  • Then click Schedule Appointment to resend an updated email to the client with your newly saved location.
