I’ve changed my billing address or video conferencing option — how do I update already scheduled appointments?

Appointment management

If you update your billing address or video conferencing settings, you will need to edit existing appointments to apply those changes.


To update an appointment:

  • Go to Appointments, your Calendar, or the Client profile

  • Locate the appointment you want to update

  • Click the three dots (⋯)

  • Select View Details


Apply the updates

  • Click Edit

  • Click Schedule appointment


What happens next

  • The updated details will be applied to the appointment

  • The client will receive an updated booking email with the latest billing address or video conferencing link


Important

  • Updates to billing address or video conferencing settings are not automatically applied to existing appointments

  • You must edit each appointment to resend the correct details
