I’ve changed my billing address or video conferencing option — how do I update already scheduled appointments?

If you’ve updated your billing address or changed your video conferencing option, you can easily apply those updates to existing appointments:

  1. Go to the appointment — either from your Calendar, Client Profile, or the Appointments → Open tab.

  2. Click the Edit option on the appointment.

  3. Review the details, then click Schedule Appointment again.

This will resend the updated appointment details to the client, including your new billing address or video conferencing link.
