How do I request a data export?

If you’d like a copy of your data before canceling your Trova account, you can request a data export from our support team.

To request a data export, email support@trova.health and include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address linked to your Trova account

  • A short note stating that you’d like a data export and what information you would like exported.

📩 Important: Data exports must be requested before canceling your account. Once your account is canceled, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
