What does the “Update my profile” tile do? (Basic user)

The Update my profile tile lets you add, update, or edit the information that appears on your Marketplace profile. When you click Go to my profile, you will be taken to your My Profile section.

What happens next depends on the status of your Marketplace profile:


If your profile has not been submitted and has no information saved

  • Your profile will automatically open in Edit Mode.

  • You can complete all required fields and click Send for review from the Services tab, to submit it to the Trova Review Team.


If your profile has information saved but has never been submitted

  • You will need to click Edit to update or complete your profile details.

  • Once finished, click Send for review from the Services tab.


If your profile is currently under review

  • Clicking the tile will still take you to your My Profile page.

  • If you need to add documents or make changes requested by the Review Team, click Edit and update your profile.

  • After making changes, go to the Services tab and click Send for review to resubmit.


If your profile has been submitted and approved

  • You will see your completed profile with a Marketplace link available.

  • Click Edit to update any information.

  • Once you make updates, click Save changes and Publish to make the new changes live on the Marketplace.
