What if I change the video conferencing option after an appointment is scheduled?

If you change the video conferencing option after an appointment has already been created, you will need to reschedule the appointment so a new video link is generated.

You can access the appointment in any of the following ways:

  • From the Calendar, click the upcoming appointment to View details

  • From the Appointments section, open the appointment and select View details from the menu (three dots on the far right)

  • From the Client Profile, locate the upcoming appointment and select View details from the menu

Once you are viewing the appointment details:

  1. Click Edit

  2. Click Schedule appointment

This will:

  • Generate a new video conferencing link

  • Update the link on the provider’s side

  • Send an updated email to the client with the new video link

This ensures both you and your client are using the correct video conferencing platform for the appointment.
