Yes, you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.


Modify your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method at any time by going to:
​Profile Settings β†’ Subscription Details and selecting the appropriate option.


Cancel your subscription

To cancel your subscription, please email support@trova.health.


What happens after cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle

  • You will not be charged again after cancellation


Refunds

There are no refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
