Yes, but only while the note is in Open status.
Delete an Open note
Open the note
Click the trash icon
Click Remove to confirm
The note will be permanently deleted.
What happens after a note is Complete?
Once a note has been marked Complete:
The note can no longer be deleted
The original note is preserved as part of the client's record
Important
Deleting a note permanently removes it and cannot be undone.
Tip
If you're unsure whether you may need the note later, consider leaving it in Open status until you're ready to mark it Complete.
