No. Trova does not charge a commission, booking fee, or percentage of the amount you charge clients for your private practice services.
You set your own service prices and determine how much to charge your clients.
Will I receive the full amount I charge my clients?
Trova does not deduct any fees from your private practice service earnings.
However, if you use an integrated third-party payment processor to collect payments, payment processing fees may apply. These fees are charged by the payment provider, not Trova.
*Integrated online payments are currently available in South Africa through Paystack.
What about Enterprise Partnerships?
Enterprise Partnerships have their own agreed pricing and contract terms, which may differ from your private practice rates.
You will be informed of the pricing and terms before deciding whether to accept an Enterprise Partnership opportunity.
