All Truckbase plans can use this feature.
Step-by-step
1. Go to Settings
Click your initials in the bottom left corner.
Click Settings → Documents
2. Add Custom Text to Documents
Add the text you want to appear on Bill of Ladings (BOLs), Rate Confirmations, Trip Manifests, and Quotes.
This is typically legal language or standardized terms approved by your attorneys.
Click Save Changes
3. Generate Documents
Generate (or regenerate) any documents in Truckbase, and you’ll see the text on the doc.
Troubleshooting
Documents generated before changes were saved won’t update automatically — regenerate them to see the text.
