How to Build a Load/Order with the PDF Importer

The Rate Con PDF Importer helps extract data from rate confirmations to build out loads/ orders, so there is less data entry made by you.

Steps to Build a Load/Order with the PDF Importer

  1. Navigate to Orders

    • From the side navigation menu, click on Orders

    • In the header section, next to the New Load button, click on the blue arrow icon

    • Select Import PDF from the dropdown menu

  2. Upload the Rate Confirmation

    • The Import Load from PDF modal will appear

    • You can either select the default model from the dropdown menu or type in the specific format for a particular broker

    • Upload the rate confirmation PDF that you want to import

    • The system will attempt to extract the information and pre-populate the fields

  3. Review and Import

    • Confirm that the extracted information is correct

    • Make any necessary updates to ensure accuracy before clicking Import to create the order
