The Integration Service sits locally on your computer to enable Transaction Manager to communicate directly to your accounting system and to other solutions, such as on-premise labeling. If you're not familiar with what the Integration Service is, check out this article to learn more.

Not everyone needs the Integration Service or uses it. So how do you know if you are using the Integration Service?

Option 1: Check the system tray icon..
Each computer that either prints labels or integrates (import/export) with your account system can be checked by looking at the system tray (near the clock) to find the below icon.  

If the icon highlighted above is located in your system tray, you have the TrueCommerce Integration Service installed and running.

Option 2: Check your installed programs
Go to the add/remove programs option of your computer to see if the application TrueCommerce Integration Service is installed.
