Invoices provide a detailed overview of the products or services you have purchased, the total expenses, and the payment date. Analyzing your invoicing data can help you identify your spending patterns and potential cost-saving opportunities, then improve your financial management practices.
The invoices available on the TrueCommerce Home portal are specifically related to the subscription fees for each Vendor/Supplier using the portal.
Reasons to Retrieve Your Invoice
You might find it necessary to retrieve invoices from TrueCommerce Home for several reasons:
to keep a precise record of your subscription fees, which is essential for financial reporting and record-keeping
to come prepared for tax compliance with invoices serving as essential proof of transactions, detailing item lists, total charges, and payment terms
to address any discrepancies or misunderstandings related to charges on your account and rendered services, which foster better communication and reduce conflicts
to cultivate trust and accountability in business relationships through well-organized record-keeping; this contributes to long-term customer satisfaction.
Steps to Retrieve Your Invoice
For Web Vendor Customers
If you are using the TrueCommerce Home platform as a web vendor customer, perform the following steps:
Navigate to https://tchome.truecommerce.com in your web browser.
On the Login page, type your Username and Password, then click Login.
NOTE: If you do not have access to the portal, you can email TrueCommerce Home Support.
In the TrueCommerce Home web portal for Vendor, select Administration > Billing.
NOTE: The Billing menu provides administrative and manager-level users with access to their invoices from TrueCommerce and allows them to configure invoice information for email notifications.
Select the Billing History tab.
NOTE: The Billing History tab allows administrative and manager-level users to view all previously paid invoices. By default, the portal applies an automated date filter to improve search performance and speed. Users may remove this filter and perform the search again to display the complete list of past invoices.
From the Save column, you can print your billing invoices or save them as a PDF for future reference.
For Non-Web Vendor Customers
If you are a non-web Vendor customer, you will need to email Billing Support for copies of your invoices.
By following the guidance outlined in this article, you can keep your billing documents easily accessible, which will enhance your expense management and reporting. Should you have any additional questions or require further assistance, contact Billing Support!
