Most EV's/PHEV's are offline cars. If your car is offline, then you'll need to manually input the battery level of the car, when you plug it in. It's quick and easy to do.
Here's how:
Open the app on the Dashboard page.
Press the wheel where it shows the battery level.
A hint will appear. Press the done button in the bottom right corner.
The option to input battery level will appear. Drag the slider to the battery level of your car.
Press done and the car will be ready to charge. 🔌⚡
