A few things need to be in place first
✔️The charge box must be installed by an electrician or installer.
✔️You need the Easee manual and the Serial number (S/N) and Pincode. You find it on the sticker on the back on the manual (alternatively you will need to open the charge box).
✔️Download the Easee app from App Store or Google Play.
Download the Easee app
1) Download the Easee app from Apple Store or Google Play
2) Create an account
3) Go to Site settings - > Operator and choose True Energy from the list.
Add your Easee charge box to the True Energy app
1) Go to Cars -> My charger and press +
2) Choose Easee -> Home -> Standard
3) Add Serial number (S/N) and Pincode and press "Validate"
4) Give you charge box a name (if you want), and fill in Address, Postcode and City, then we can find your Net company (who deliver your electricity) and automatically the raw electricity for the area you live in (S1 - S5, N1 - N7, DK1-DK2, etc.).
5) Press "Save".
