If you get a message that says "Status: without cable" and no charging plan appears, even after you have connected the charging cable in both the car and the charging box, then this may indicate that your Etrel charging box has lost connection.

The first step to try and remedy the situation is to remove the charging cable from both the charging box and the car, go to your electrical panel and switch off the power to the charging box, wait ten seconds, and then switch it on again.

Then you must wait for the small diode on the front of the charging box to light up and turn green (it can take up to five to seven minutes). When it is green, you can plug the charging cable into both the car and the charging box again.

Next, go into the app, enter the desired battery level, and you should be able to see a charging schedule that tells you when the car will charge.
