Why Am I Seeing Two Charges?
In most cases, what looks like a duplicate charge is actually two separate payments for different advances.
This can happen when:
A previous payment was returned by your bank (e.g., due to insufficient funds), and
You then requested a new advance prior to us being notified that your payment was returned.
As a result, both the new advance and the unpaid balance from the previous advance may become due at the same time.

Please check your advance history in the app to review the details of each charge.
