Additionally, True Finance adheres to a one-extension-per-advance policy, ensuring customers are limited to one extension per cash advance.

To request a payment date change, follow these steps:

  1. Open the True Finance app and initiate a chat by selecting the option "I want to change my payment date."

  2. Indicate your desired new payment date, ensuring your request is submitted at least 3 days before the current due date.

  3. After the system processes the change, confirm the updated details in the app under the "Advance" tab.

Please note the following important policies and restrictions for rescheduling payment dates:

  • 14-Day Rule: Payment dates cannot be rescheduled for more than 14 days beyond the date you borrowed the advance.

  • 48-Hour Submission Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled payment time (usually 9 AM) to be considered.

  • Advance Processing Modifications: Changes cannot be made once the advance has been cashed out.

  • One Extension Per Advance: Customers are limited to one extension per cash advance, and additional extension requests will not be granted.

  • Rare Exceptions: In extraordinary circumstances, extensions can be extended up to 4 weeks from the original date, though the standard limit remains 14 days.
