Experiencing issues connecting to my bank.

If you're having trouble connecting your bank account to receive an advance, several factors could be causing the issue:

  1. Service Outages: Your bank or Plaid might be experiencing a temporary service disruption.

  2. Unsupported Bank: Some banks, such as Chime, Varo, MoneyLion, SoFi, and Current, are not accepted by our system.

  3. Account Age: Your bank account must be at least 90 days old and have sufficient account history.

  4. Updated Login Credentials: If you’ve recently changed your bank login details, you’ll need to update your information in Plaid to restore the connection.

  5. Bank Action Required: Some banks may require you to complete specific actions, such as agreeing to updated terms or completing security steps, before you can use Plaid.

  6. Unsupported Financial Institution: While Plaid supports over 12,000 financial institutions, there are some banks we haven’t integrated with yet.
