Please note:
Only FDIC-insured banks and credit unions are accepted
Prepaid or digital wallets like PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and others are not supported through Plaid, although they may be through Stripe.
Other banks may also be unsupported, depending on Plaid’s current network
Additionally, Plaid may occasionally experience temporary errors that prevent even supported banks from connecting. These issues are usually resolved quickly, and retrying after some time may help.
For persistent connection problems, verify that your bank is listed on Plaid, ensure your login credentials are up-to-date, and confirm your bank account does not have restrictions on third-party access. For assistance, contact True Finance support.
