Q: If I cancel my subscription, do I still have to repay my cash advance?

A: Yes. Canceling your subscription does not remove your obligation to repay any outstanding cash advances. Unpaid advances remain linked to your account until they are fully repaid.

Q: Why do I have to pay back my cash advance if my subscription is canceled?
โ€‹A: A subscription provides access to the cash advance feature, but once an advance is issued, repayment is required under the terms you agreed to. The subscription and cash advance repayment are separate commitments.

Q: What happens if I donโ€™t repay my cash advance?

A: If a cash advance is not repaid, you will not be able to request another advance or potentially use other services.

Q: How can I address unpaid cash advances?

A: If you have unpaid advances, you can take the following steps: 1. Log into the app to review your outstanding balance. 2. Contact support for assistance or to set up payment schedules or click "Pay Now", if the option is available.

Q: I canceled my subscription but still see an unpaid balance. What should I do?

A: You remain responsible for unpaid balances. Please review your account and arrange payment as soon as possible. Contact customer support for detailed assistance if needed.

Q: Can I get a refund for my subscription when I cancel?
โ€‹A: Subscription fees are separate from cash advances and are non-refundable once a customer has used the cash advance (premium) feature. If you are declined for a cash advance, we can process a refund. Please send us a message in chat to request one. However, we want to make customer are aware that eligibility for advances can change often โ€” many users see and approval just by checking back regularly.
