Why Don’t I See the “Repay Now” Button to Repay My Advance?
The “Repay Now” button in True Finance’s Advance tab allows you to make a manual repayment of your outstanding advance. However, there are certain conditions under which the button may not be visible. Below, we outline the reasons for this and provide troubleshooting steps to resolve common concerns.
Why the “Repay Now” Button May Not Appear
1. Scheduled Repayment is Already Pending
If a repayment has already been scheduled for the same day, the app will hide the “Repay Now” button. Once the scheduled repayment processes, the button will reappear for future repayments, if applicable.
2. No Outstanding Advance Balance
The “Repay Now” button is only visible if you have an outstanding balance to repay. If your advance has been fully repaid, the button will no longer appear in the Advance tab.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you believe the “Repay Now” button should be visible but isn’t, try the following:
Verify Linked Bank Accounts: - Go to Settings > Linked Bank Accounts and confirm that your account is properly linked for advance repayments.
Check Your Payment Method: - Navigate to Settings > Manage Subscription and ensure your preferred repayment method is correctly set up.
Alternative Repayment Methods
If the “Repay Now” button is unavailable and you need to make a repayment, you can use the invoice sent to your registered email. Ensure to check all inboxes, including spam or junk folders, for the invoice email. Follow the steps in the email to complete your repayment.
