When will I receive my cash advance?

A cash advance usually arrives within two (2) to three (3) business days (not including weekends).

If you requested your cash advance AFTER 9:30 AM (PST), you will likely receive your advance on the third (3) day.

Same day (instant transfers) are available to certain banks and will arrive within minutes.

Cash Advance Shows as Delivered, but I don't see the funds.

If the app shows that your cash advance has been delivered, but you don’t see it in your bank account, here are a few important things to know:

  • Contact your bank first. Once the funds leave our system, your bank is responsible for processing and posting the deposit.

  • Banks may reject or return deposits for reasons like closed accounts, mismatched details, flagged activity, or frozen accounts.

  • Some banks may hold funds temporarily for internal review, fraud checks, or other account-related issues.

  • Deposits can be delayed by up to 10 business days—especially with newly opened bank accounts—even if the bank has already received the funds.

  • Please confirm the bank you have linked to your True account. This can be viewed in settings > linked bank accounts.

  • Once the funds are released, tracking and resolution must be handled directly with your bank.
