When can I take out another cash advance?

You can request a new cash advance after your previous repayment has fully settled and you remain an active premium subscriber.

Here’s how the process works:

  • We first attempt to collect repayment on your scheduled date using your debit card, which typically processes within a few minutes.

  • If the debit card attempt fails, we then retry using ACH, which can take 1–3 business days to settle.

  • Once your repayment is finalized, you’ll be eligible to request another advance.

Important: If your last advance was taken less than 48 hours ago, you'll need to wait until that period has passed — this waiting period cannot be overridden.

To stay up to date on your account, please review your Cash Advance history directly in the app. From there, you can:

  • See if you have an unpaid advance

  • Confirm whether a payment has failed

  • View your repayment status and dates

Checking your advance history is the quickest way to understand your current status and what steps, if any, are needed next.
