If the app can't find your charge box or if you are unable to set the battery level (State of Charge), it may be because you have not activated Location services for the True Energy app.
1) Check that you have enabled Location services on your phone. Go to Settings and find
the True Energy app and allow Location service either While using the app or Always.
2) Check that you have enabled Geo Position (location services) in the True Energy app
