True Energy Advanced Smart Charge helps you find the most affordable charging hours. It automatically starts and stops the charging of your car, taking into account your preferences and ensuring that your car is charged at the desired time for the lowest possible price.
Requirements for using Advanced Smart Charge:
Power: The charging box must be turned on.
Mobile coverage: There should be a mobile network connection to your car/charging box.
The True Energy app:
1. The latest version of the app must be downloaded.2. A car must be added.
3. A charging box must be added.
4. A charging rule must be set up.
Third-party apps: Any other third-party apps for the car and charger that can control the charging process should be disabled. Car manufacturers often provide their own apps that allow you to start and stop the charging process.
