When you smart charge with the True Energy app, a typical scenario is that you come home, plug in the cable and start charging. Then we make sure that your car is charged and ready the next morning, according to your set preferences.

Below you can see exactly what happens with your car. In this example it is a Tesla with an InCar charge at the home address:

Charge rule:
- Active all week

- Charge when it is cheapest
- Ready at time at 7 am

Conclusion:
The car needs 4 hours of charging, and the cheapest hours are between 22:00 to 02:00.
With Smart charge we make sure that "sleep mode" is used and that the battery is not unnecessarily drained.

Manual mode - there is no "sleep mode". After charging, we ask about the condition of the car every 2 minutes.
