For the best user experience of our app, you always need to have the latest version of the app on your mobile device.

It is important that you always use the latest version of our app.

We make improvements to the app on a weekly basis, sometimes smaller changes that you cannot see, but they are important if you want the best user experience with the app.

How to keep your app updated:

For iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select App Store

  3. Activate App updates

For Android:

  1. Open Google Play

  2. Press the profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Press Settings Network preferences and select Update apps automatically.

  4. Choose one of the following:

    1. Via all networks, if you want your apps to be updated using Wi-Fi and mobile data.

    2. Via Wifi, if you want your apps to be updated using Wi-Fi only

You will now receive app updates automatically and get the best user experience with the True Energy app!
