How do I add my Etrel charger?

You can add your charger AFTER you have added your car

In order to use your Etrel charger with our app, the following must be in place:

✔️ The charger must be installed by an approved installer or electrician.

✔️ You must have registered your car.

Add your Etrel charger in the True Energy app.

Then follow these easy steps to connect your charger to our app:

  1. Open the True Energy app and go to Cars -> My charger.

  2. Select "Etrel Ocean," "Inch," "PRO."

  3. Enter the charger's Serial Number, which you can find on the charger:

  4. Then press "Validate."

  5. Enter Name, Address, Postal Code, City.

Afterwards, you need to set up a charging rule, and you'll be on your way to smart charging and saving money and reducing CO2 emissions! 😊
