To add your Trustpilot profile to your TrueReview account, follow these steps:
Connecting Trustpilot Profile
→ Head over to your Settings page, and click ADD ACCOUNTS
→ From the list of website connections, click CONNECT next to Trustpilot
→ Paste your Trustpilot profile URL and press enter, or click out.
We'll find your business and display a preview.
→ Click ADD next to the preview to connect your Trustpilot profile to TrueReview.
Head over to your Dashboard to view and manage your reviews.
Generate AI Review Response Suggestions
→ Click MANAGE next to the review you'd like to manage.
→ Click Suggest a reply and we'll use AI to analyze and suggest a response for the review:
→ From here, you can either click Copy suggestion or Copy and open on Trustpilot, and we'll take you directly to the reply page of that specific review on Trustpilot to quickly paste your response and post it!
