From your Settings page under "Manage Review Profiles", click the ADD ACCOUNTS button to connect or add an account.
A dialog will open with review website options.
Find Facebook from the list of options and click βCONNECTβ
Ensure you first choose the Business Portfolio where the Page resides.
Next, select the Facebook Page you want to connect.
If you're uncertain, select all Business Portfolios in the initial step.
Click Continue
Remember to only select one Facebook page.
Click Save
Click Got it
Your Facebook Page will now be connected to TrueReview.
Remember to enable your Reviews tab.
Having trouble connecting to Facebook?
Make sure you are an admin for the page you want to connect to.
Ensure you have all the appropriate permissions as an admin user to connect to third party applications.
Do not change or disable any permissions when prompted to connect your Facebook page with TrueReview
Not seeing your reviews tab or recommendations? (Facebook Support Article)
Facebook recently updated the business Page experience, and you may need to enable the recommendations manually in order for customers to recommend and leave reviews on your Facebook Business Page.
For New Pages Experience:
Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
Click See all Profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
Click your Page's profile photo in the top right.
Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
Click Privacy in the left menu, then click Page and tagging.
Toggle Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page? on or off.
For Classic Pages:
Note: If your Page previously had reviews, Recommendations have been automatically turned on for your Page. If you can't find a review, check your Page's Recommendations (you can filter by most recent Recommendations to help you find it). If you still can't find a review or Recommendation, it may have been removed because it didn't follow our Community Standards.
